Pricing Questions
What is your payment structure?
We ask for a 50% deposit to secure your filming date, with the final 50% payable once you have reviewed and approved the first edit of your film.

Are there any hidden travel costs?
For storytellers within London and the South East, travel is included. For locations further afield, we charge a clear and transparent mileage rate which is agreed upon during our discovery call.

What is your refund policy?
Deposits are refundable if you need to cancel up to 14 days before the filming date. If you need to reschedule due to health or unforeseen circumstances, we will happily move your booking to a new date with no penalty.

Can we add extra memories later?
Absolutely, after filming, many families remember things they wished they had included, therefore one forgotten message (a video or written letter which can be narrated) can be sent to us up to 3 days after filming has comensed, this is included in all of the packages.

How long do you keep the footage?
We securely retain raw footage for 90 days following delivery of your final film and the completed film for 10 months. We recommend making several backup copies of your film and storing them in multiple locations.

The packages do not work for me, can I make an adjustment?
Absolutely. Every family is unique, and our packages are designed to be flexible. Whether you need a low impact filming setup, remote recording via video call for health or distance reasons, or a custom approach for specific needs, we will find a solution. We’ll work with you to ensure the experience is safe and comfortable while capturing the memories that matter most.
